Dance Family Workout

This dance fitness class is designed to incorporate various styles of dance ranging from ballet, jazz, hip hop, Afro-beat, Caribbean dances and yoga/Pilates. The purpose of this class is to combine strengthening tone muscles, provide a cardiovascular strengthening tone muscles, provide a cardiovascular workout and introduce the student to health practice in order to follow a healthy lifestyle.

This class is for 8 to adult. It takes place every Monday. The class lasts 1 hour and runs from 6:30PM to 7:30PM. Students will need Comfortable clothes and shoes to participate in the class.
